Before you enrol

Questions to resolve about fit, cost and evidence before choosing a program.
Learning fit
Check the prerequisites, teaching language, class schedule and total weekly hours, including practice. Ask about any missing details; a timetable alone does not establish workload.
Fees
Request the total payable price and written refund and cancellation terms. Check whether taxes, materials, software or optional extras are included. Save the terms for the specific plan you choose.
Verification
Read the evidence label on each review. Only published reviews with verified enrolment contribute to course scores. Identity checks alone do not establish enrolment or teaching quality.
Compare selected programs
Save suitable programs, write private notes about unresolved questions and compare their published details. Missing evidence is a question to resolve, not a positive recommendation.
Ask for a sample of the teaching
A syllabus lists topics but does not show how a class is taught. Ask for a sample lesson, a typical assignment and an explanation of how feedback works. For a live course, confirm who teaches the sessions and what happens if you miss one. For recorded learning, check access duration and how you can ask questions.
Check outcome claims against your starting point
Ask what a learner with your current experience can reasonably complete by the end. A salary figure, certificate or success story does not establish a typical outcome. Look for the cohort, time period and number of learners behind a claim, and ask which conditions or extra work apply. Keep any unanswered questions in your shortlist notes before deciding.
